Kathleen Alves, MS, ARNP does contract with insurance companies. If you have an appointment to see Kathleen Alves, she can bill your insurance.

We are considered "out of network," however, most insurance companies will cover some portion of your bill. You will be responsible for the balance not covered by your insurance company.
For those of you without insurance, or choosing not to use our billing service, we accept payment by check or cash payable at the time of service. You will receive a 25% discount.
Because we respect the personal nature of health concerns, our visit fees are charged at an hourly rate. Initial visits are usually 60 – 90 minutes; follow-up appointments generally take 30 – 45 minutes.
Established patients may schedule brief visits for wellness coaching at reduced fees which are determined by time requirements.
