I take most insurances and will bill them for you. You are responsible for paying any co-pay at the time of service and any remaining bill within 60 days. All accounts remaining over 60 days will be assessed a $20.00 late fee and will be sent to collections after 90 days. I do not take Medicare or DSHS clients.
Clients choosing to pay cash at the time of service will be offered a 30% cash discount.
