Financial Information

We have chosen not to contract with insurance companies. 

For those of you who would like to use your insurance benefits, Emilie (our wonderful billing expert) will happily assist you by submitting a superbill for whatever reimbursement your policy allows. We are considered "out of network," however, most insurance companies will cover some portion of your bill.  You will be responsible for the balance not covered by your insurance company.

For those of you without insurance, or choosing not to use our billing service, we accept payment by check or cash payable at the time of service.  You will receive a 25% discount.

Because we respect the personal nature of health concerns, our visit fees are charged at an hourly rate.  Initial visits are usually 60 – 90 minutes; follow-up appointments generally take 30 – 45 minutes. 

Established patients may schedule brief visits for wellness coaching at reduced fees which are determined by time requirements.
