Kathleen Alves, MS, ARNP
Kathleen Alves has worked in health care since 1974 and has been licensed as an Adult and Adolescent Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner since 1992. Currently, Kathleen works two days a week at Natural Health Connections, as well as running Healthcare Delivery Systems which provides health care services for corrections facilities.
Kathleen has a special interest in health promotion and believes that our bodies are designed to heal themselves when given the proper resources. She has been active all her adult life and has taught vegetarian and vegan cooking classes believing that staying active and fit are necessary for health and longevity. She loves to travel and has been to all seven continents including medical missions in third world countries. Knitting and working with fiber as well as gardening and messing around with boats make her happy.
